The staff were helpful and location was excellent. Fantastic view, a nice balcony, comfortable bed, too. Basic hotel, 25 km from London City airport. Venue was perfectly clean and the service was excellent. We had a really good experience staying here.

I thoroughly enjoyed it so much and I will choose the place for future trips. It had good food, really friendly staff and easy location. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. Room was fine and fine, bed was exceptionally comfortable. Service was very nice during my stay too. What's mote - there was good internet. Clean and quiet hotel in Kensington district. Also - just next door to - shops and tube station.

Neat building, cosy and cosy rooms. Incredible view, a nice balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Everyone at this central hotel was very polite. Its service was nice too. Pleasant location to a dinosaurs gallery.
