I want to say thank you for a very pleasant experience, would go back in flash. Very well-trained staff and great breakfast with a wide range of options. Comfy location, 15 minutes' walk to victoria albert museum. Easy check-in and exceptional service. As I see, free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked really quickly.

Very good value for money, super location, really well appointed rooms. I liked knowledgeable personnel that ensures guests have a perfect stay. All in all it's spotless place, they have comfy beds.

Exceptional location, beautiful rooms, always highly professional staff. They made my stay absolutely amazing. I got free upgrade and liked it. Continental breakfast, outstanding food. Very good value for money and accommodating service. Could use their free parking. Spotless and cosy hotel in Kensington district. Further, it was just off the tube and Science museum.
